Welcome back to the Dreamcast! This is the 35th edition, which we name for former Cub Will Ohman, LOOGY extraordinaire, who wore the number 35 during the 2000 and 2001 seasons.
This is a short podcast to introduce to you two of our newest friends, Kevin Brown (not the pitcher even though he’s linked) and Behind the Ivy. Also, we wanted to remind you that we were still alive and kicking even though we hadn’t done a podcast in weeks. Below are the show notes:

Topics
We talked first about the man of the month, Masahiro Tanaka. How likely is it for the Cubs to sign him, and when will we find out? We talked about Matt Garza as a potential alternative in the event that Tanaka decides not to become a Cub.
We then transitioned to a few topics discussed during the Cubs Convention attended by Behind the Ivy. Short version: the Cubs have money, they’re willing to spend it on the right fits, and they’re likely to get something resolved with the rooftops soon to get things moving again on the Wrigley renovations.
We’ll have a more in-depth look at a potential 2014 Cubs contender (or at least a not-completely-shitty team) later on after the Tanaka news has been finalized.
